When will I receive my shipment?
It will typically take around 4 to 9 business days to receive your awesome shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in your order and your shipping country. We automatically calculate the final shipping costs during checkout.
Do we offer international shipping?
Yes we do! However there are a few countries we do not ship to (yet).
We do not ship to the following countries:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please consult our Support with a distinct declaration (i.e. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) of your decision to revoke the order. We do not accepted returned sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. The return address of your shipment can be found on the label. We fulfill our products at different facilities around the world depending on your location.
You are allowed to return your order within 14 days after you receiving it. If the shipping address is within EU territories the shipping costs of your returned order will be refunded. If the shipping address is in territories outside the EU, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
